Itinerary

After clearing baggage claim, you will meet your private driver, who will then assist you to the vehicle and take you to your hotel. Rest up with an opportunity to explore around your hotel area.

Overnight in Auckland

After breakfast, you will be picked up at the hotel and we then head to the waterfront suburb of Mission Bay, about 5 km east of central Auckland. As we drive along the scenic Tamaki Drive, you’ll enjoy unobstructed views of Rangitoto Island.

Next, we'll visit MJ Savage Memorial Park, also known as Bastion Point, which offers stunning views of the Harbour Bridge, Waitemata Harbour, and the Auckland City skyline.

We'll also take you to Achilles Point, a perfect spot to capture fantastic photos with Rangitoto Island as your backdrop. Rangitoto is the largest and most recent volcano in the Hauraki Gulf.

Our journey continues to One Tree Hill, or Maungakiekie, a volcanic summit in Auckland standing at 182 meters (597 feet). It’s the second-largest intact volcanic field in the city. Here, you’ll enjoy 360-degree views of Auckland and learn about the mount's rich history.

Our next stop will be at Mount Eden Summit, one of the most prominent volcanic cones remaining in the Auckland region, where you’ll take in amazing views over the Hauraki Gulf.

To conclude your morning city tour of Auckland, you'll return to your hotel with plenty of time to relax or continue exploring the city at your own pace. Whether you choose to unwind, visit a local café, or discover more of Auckland's vibrant neighborhoods, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy. This three-hour journey offers a perfect introduction to the city's highlights, leaving you with memorable views and insights into Auckland's rich history and culture.
